My Story

I’m originally from Belgium and have made my home in Surrey, where I live with my husband and our two young adult children. At 51, I’ve grown into a deep passion for women’s health - shaped by years of exploring movement, nutrition and wellbeing, and by my own lived experience of navigating a demanding corporate life.

For over two decades, I worked in international property for large global companies. I know the reality of long commutes, high pressure, demanding clients and the constant juggle of raising a family while trying to hold everything together. Stress became a familiar companion, and with it came sleepless nights and psoriasis flare‑ups; physical reminders of how difficult it can be to find true work/life balance. To the point where one day my son asked me, “Maman, what do you do for fun?” - and I realised I found it hard to answer. In a world where we are constantly contactable, we often lose the ability to connect meaningfully with real people. The corporate rhythm leaves little space for cultivating a fulfilling, healthy life, and like many, I pushed past my limits without realising it.

Movement was always part of my younger years - aerobic and step classes - but as life became busier, exercise slipped down the priority list. I discovered Pilates later in life and immediately fell in love with its dynamic, intelligent approach. The blend of mat work, resistance, and weights gave me exactly what I had been missing: strength, mobility, and a method that supported my body as it changed with age. It became clear how essential it is for women and men in midlife to move more, lift more, and reconnect with their bodies. That realisation inspired me to train as an instructor.

My approach is designed for mature women and men who feel they should be doing more for their health but aren’t sure where to begin. Real people with real bodies - not the filtered, unattainable perfection of social media - who want a method that is accessible, sustainable, and delivers genuine results.

I would encourage you to contact me with absolutely no obligation - even if it’s simply for a friendly chat. Sometimes the first step is just a conversation, and I’m here to help you begin or add to your fitness and wellbeing journey. Take good care of yourself.
